Research Experience/Scholarly Activity
- Quality improvement studies are ongoing within our hospitals, and 2 faculty and 5 resident participate in those. The core faulty are creating a website for monitoring surgical simulations.
- The hospital administration also is supportive and will fund any PubMed articles. Scholarly activity includes several areas not just PubMed, and on those others we continue to show steady improvement.
- The sponsoring institution (SI), Kansas City University has 2 research coordinators that assist with project design, implementation, and data analysis.
