James PhillipsJames D. Phillips, Jr., D.O.

James received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. After completing his undergraduate degree, he attended Medical School at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL.

Upon finishing his Residency here at St. Mary's Medical Center, he will be completing an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL.

James would like to thank his parents and family, for their relentless and never ending support during his journey toward becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon. He would like to say thanks for always being there for him to provide encouragement, guidance, and solace whenever he needed it. Your selflessness in support of his goals will never be forgotten.

He would also like to thank the faculty, most notably the attending surgeons of OSI. Thank you for imparting your guidance and expertise, and most importantly for your trust. To all of the nurses and staff, thank you for being welcoming and understanding.

He would like to thank his fellow residents for being more than just coworkers. For becoming lifelong friends and providing a strong cohort that can be relied on far into the future.

Lastly, he would like to thank his wife Tori, without whom he would never have accomplished his dreams. Her endless sacrifices and understanding made it all possible. Her unwavering support and endless positivity is truly inspiring and can never be fully repaid. Thank you!

Logan CooperLogan J. Cooper, D.O.

Logan grew up in Idaho Falls, ID. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in business administration from Brigham Young University - Idaho. He then attended Medical School at Midwestern University - Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ.

Upon finishing his Residency here at St. Mary's Medical Center, he will be completing a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Texas Orthopedics in Austin, TX.

Logan would like to thank his wife and children for their relentless and never ending support during his journey toward becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon.

Jesse BeardJesse T. Beard, D.O.

Jesse grew up in Farmington, Missouri with this mother and 4 siblings. He went on to Southeast Missouri State University where he received his bachelor's degree in biology. He then moved to Kirksville, Missouri to attend medical school at A.T. Still University.

Jesse will be finishing his orthopedic surgery training in in a Sports Medicine fellowship at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and MedStar Washington Hospital in Baltimore, MD and Washington DC.

He would like to thank his family, co-residents, attending surgeons, and the St. Mary's administration for their support over the past 5 years.
