Carondelet Home Care consists of Carondelet Home Care Services, a full service Medicare home health agency, and Carondelet Care Resources, a licensed Private Duty home health agency. Together we can take care of all of your health care needs in the comfort of your home. We are affiliated with Carondelet Health, Kansas City and are members of Ascension Health. Carondelet Home Care is committed in our Mission, Vision and Values to provide compassionate, quality health care for body, mind and spirit. We work with patients to tailor a program that meets their special individual needs.
