The best part of being a part of the Birthing Center team is getting to know my patients and their families. It is an honor being a part of the most important and special day in their lives...the birth of a child. I love watching a newborn take their first breath. I love watching a family as they meet and get to know their new baby. Watching a father wipe away a tear when he sees his son or daughter for the first time. I love watching an excited sibling as they meet their new brother or sister.
