Online Risk Assessment

Online Risk Assessment

Knowing your risk for breast cancer is the first step in empowering yourself against the disease. Take our online risk assessment to determine if you may be at risk of developing breast cancer.

While answering these questions please consider both your mother’s and father’s side of the family.

1. Have you or anyone in your family been diagnosed with breast cancer at an age younger than 50?

2. Have you or anyone in your family been diagnosed with ovarian cancer?

3. Have you or anyone in your family been diagnosed with billateral breast cancer?

4. Have you or anyone in your family been diagnosed with male breast cancer?

5. Are you or anyone in your family of Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry and have been diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer?

6. Do you or anyone in your family have a history of lobular carcinoma in situ?

7. Do you or anyone in your family have a history of atypical ductal hyperplasia?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, you may be at an increased risk of breast cancer. For more information, please call the Breast Center at St. Mary's Medical Center at 816-655-5767.
